The company

An engineering company that publishes its prices.

Snapvora is an Indian software engineering company. We design, build, run and secure software for product teams, operations teams and founders, and we put the scope, the turnaround and the fee on the page instead of behind a discovery call.

Vision

Buying engineering should be as legible as buying software.

A company should be able to see exactly what a piece of technical work contains, what it will cost and when it will land — before a single meeting is booked. We are building a catalogue of engineering work that behaves that way, and widening it until most of what a growing company needs is already written down.

Mission

Publish the scope, hold the price, hand everything over.

Every engagement we sell states its deliverables and its fee in public, is delivered by named senior engineers inside your own accounts, and ends with a written handover that lets your team carry it on without us. That is the whole promise, and the refund policy is what backs it.

What we hold to

Six positions that decide how the work is sold.

A fee you can read without a meeting

Every engagement carries its number on the page. Procurement can approve it, a founder can compare it, and nobody has to sit through a call to find out what something costs.

Scope is a document, not a conversation

The deliverables are written down before money moves. That makes us slower to sell and considerably faster to build, because no one is arguing later about what "included" meant.

The people who quote are the people who build

You are told which engineers are on the work and what they have shipped before. They stay on it until handover. No bench, no swap-in, no account manager relaying questions.

Nothing is held hostage

Repositories, cloud accounts, registries, CI runners and licences are provisioned in your organisation from day one. If you never speak to us again, nothing has to be rebuilt.

Small commitments, repeated

One engagement at a time. No retainer, no minimum term, no notice period. We would rather earn the next piece of work than lock in the current one.

Saying no is part of the job

If an engagement would not help, we say so before you pay and refund it if you already have. A returned order costs us less than a client explaining why it was bought.

Technology-first, not technology-for-its-own-sake

We choose boring tools on purpose.

The stack we work in is deliberately small and deliberately mainstream, because the engineer who inherits this system after us has to be able to read it. Managed cloud services before bespoke infrastructure. Framework conventions before clever abstractions. Infrastructure written as code so it can be rebuilt rather than remembered.

Where automation and AI genuinely remove work — document extraction, retrieval over your own content, pipelines that used to be somebody's Tuesday morning — we build it and we evaluate it against a baseline you can see. Where it does not, we say so, which is why the catalogue contains as much migration and integration work as it does model work.

See the stack we work in

Rebuildable, not memorised

Infrastructure as code, so environments can be recreated from a repository rather than from a person.

Conventions over cleverness

We stay inside framework defaults so your next hire is productive in days, not weeks.

Automation with a baseline

Anything automated is measured against what it replaced, and the measurement goes in the handover.

Observable by default

Logs, metrics and alerts ship with the work, because nothing unmonitored is really delivered.

How delivery works

From reading a page to taking handover.

  1. 01

    You read the scope

Each service page lists the artefacts, the stack, the working days and the fee. What is excluded is written as plainly as what is included.

  2. 02

    You buy it outright

Checkout is UPI. The figure shown is the figure charged, GST already inside it. Nothing is left vague to negotiate afterwards.

  3. 03

    We take access, not control

A short technical brief opens in your dashboard. You grant repository and cloud access inside your own organisation, and engineers are assigned within 3 working days.

  4. 04

    We build in your workflow

Your branch protection, your review conventions, your release cadence. Named engineers, standing calls only if you want them, written updates either way.

  5. 05

    You take handover

Code in your repositories, a written handover document, a recorded walkthrough and one revision round inside the stated window. Then the engagement ends.

Written out in full in the delivery and handover policy, and refundable under the refund policy if we miss it.

How we work inside your systems

The parts your security reviewer will ask about.

All of it applies to every engagement, whether it is a two-week integration or a full platform build.

  • Signed NDAs and DPAs

A standard mutual NDA and a data processing agreement covering DPDP Act obligations, available before you buy or on your paper instead.

  • Least-privilege access

We ask for the narrowest scope that lets the work happen, time-boxed, and hand it back at handover. Credentials are never shared over chat.

  • Reviewed against OWASP ASVS

Anything customer-facing is checked against the ASVS level agreed upfront. Findings go in the handover document, including the ones we did not fix.

  • Trunk-based, gated releases

Small pull requests, required reviews, automated checks before merge. Your repository history should read the same after we leave as before we arrived.

  • Written handover, every time

Architecture notes, runbooks, decisions and known gaps. If your own team cannot pick the work up without calling us, the engagement is not finished.

  • GST-inclusive invoicing

Prices are quoted inclusive of GST at 18%, so the invoice never surprises finance and the checkout figure is the final one.
