What this engagement is

Sometimes you need one answer, not a project. Should we move to Postgres. Is this quote for a mobile app reasonable. Why does our page take nine seconds on mobile. Send the question with enough context and a senior engineer writes back with a direct answer, the reasoning behind it, and where our answer would change if a detail is different.
